Class Descriptions



This class combines ballet, weights, and Pilates in a workout to fatigue your muscles and burn fat to an eclectic mix spanning 70s to now. We have fun. In each energizing class, you will use the barre, exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, and mat work to slim and stretch your entire body.



Barre & Babies

Barre & Babies! This class is designed specifically for mamas who can wear their babies (limited space, so strollers aren’t permitted..yet) This class will focus on strengthening and toning the full body while being safe for both mama & baby at all postpartum levels. Class is donations based. Please bring a mat & water!



Barre Blast

Built in foundations of ballet conditioning, Barre Blast is a fun 45 minute class that will challenge your body through low impact ,movements, such as body weight training, core strengthening based off Pilates, leg lifts, and glue work. Our goal is to combine small isometric movements to tone, lift and sculpt while strengthening your entire body. 



Buti Yoga

Dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep for engagement with a blend of plyometrics, vinyasa yoga and tribal dance.




Dynamic high intensity spin set to super fun music. all levels welcome for all classes, you have to start somewhere so you will get the hang of it!



Family Yoga

Family Yoga Bring the kids for this 45 minute practice. Please create accounts and sign in all family members when registering for this class.



Free Spin

Fast paced indoor cycling fitness class that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity. Cardio to the max. A high energy, loud music and rhythm-based choreography... an eclectic mix spanning 70s to now. Non-impact cycle cardio class with a motivating instructor.



Free Yoga

Free Yoga will be held at the Union Point Gazebo or at the studio. ALL levels class yoga class.



Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is accessible to all types of students, and to support their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Gentle yoga provides therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses.



Hatha Yoga for Wellness

This class is awesome for opening up and improving the body with gentle yoga poses that provide multiple benefits including improved flexibility, increased energy, better balance, and stress reduction. Perfect for those who don’t think they are flexible enough for yoga or who need physical restoration after a medical issue. Baby Boomers welcome. Level 1



Heated Level II

This heated vinyasa class will challenge you to deepen your practice and play with more advanced poses. Modifications are always welcome but having a basic yoga foundation is recommended. Level Medium to Advanced



Heated Power Vinyasa

Hot and Strong is a vinyasa class, which connects movements and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. Come to sweat and stretch in this heated class. Modifications to either ramp up or dial down intensity are offered. Bring a towel and water. 



Heated Power Yoga

You can expect a relaxed atmosphere and a slow vinyasa flow practice. This is an intense practice that will make you sweat, clear your mind, leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Bring a towel, some water and your mat. This is a heated class (85-90 degrees) movements are set to alternative tunes.



Moonlight Flow

A gentle vinyasa style class with twists and easy stretches to end your day and prepare you for a restful night of sleep. Level Easy



Pink Floyd Experience

Pink Floyd Experience - Spin to the "Dark Side of the Moon".
This uniquely surreal class will incorporate video, special lighting, and music from one of the most iconic bands of all-time Pink Floyd. Upon release, “The Dark Side of the Moon” topped the Billboard 200 in one week. It remained in the charts for 741 weeks from 1973 to 1988, longer than any other album in history. The album's music explores various stages of human life, beginning and ending with a heartbeat. David Santiago provides additional insights as the ride progresses.
This is a true multi-sensory experience for Pink Floyd fans and those wishing to have different kind of indoor cycling experience. Adult beverage will be available after the class.




PopCycle is an interval based spin class, alternating quick beats, geared towards fat burning. Its appropriate for all level spinners, even newbies that want to come sweat to some sick beats.



Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a flow based class linking dynamic and static poses together with the breath cycle. A full body workout striking a balance between flexibility and strength. We will focus on building stability and balance into the body while becoming more fully aware of postural alignments. There will be plenty of time for "project poses" warming and prepping the body for a final challenge. Class will end with a quiet rest and time to honor our good work.  Meant to engage all major muscle groups and oil up all the joints. 



Prenatal Yoga

Please clear this or any physical activity through your Physician before beginning. This is a class for those expecting or post delivery. This class is focused on laughter, breath, stretching and relaxing. We will start with a short meditation, a flow and end in restorative yoga. 



Restorative Yoga

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It helps you chill out. Set to relaxing sounds, we use props to support and relax into the postures, as your body gently stretches, strengthens, and relaxes. In some postures assists are given to deepen stretch and comfort student.

Vinyasa Flow

Calling all yogis! Class starts with gentle stretching and works into a flow that focuses on balance and strength offering beginner to intermediate students an opportunity to break a sweat while providing modifications for those that prefer a more style class. Come with your mat or rent one from the studio. LEVEL EASY TO MEDIUM



Yin Restoration

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.  Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. This peaceful class blends the art of Yin Practice with a restorative, restful approach.



Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga: Emphasizes long-held passive postures to work the “yin” connective tissue, joints, deep fascial networks and even bones to gain greater range of motion, calmer hearts and minds, and to stimulate the healing flow of energy. Postures are supported by bolsters and other props as needed.

Yoga Basics

This class is slower paces and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don't need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try. This is an all levels class.



Yoga Flow

A class that offers something for all practicing yogi challenge the needs of your body in this mid-level yoga class.




Yoga poses that focus on core abdominal strength. Biggest benefit in strengthening the core supports the lower back. Asana practice with balance and focus on ease in transitions from pose to pose.
