Michelle, a Pennsylvania native, who has been an educator for over 13 years, is taking her passion for teaching into the field of exercise and nutrition. Michelle’s love for exercise started while playing soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse as a child. She was a two-sport college scholarship athlete. After taking an intense power yoga class, she was inspired, and earned her ACE group fitness certification in 2015, and is currently completing her 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher certification. She is committed to educating others about the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. She brings a fun, yet informative approach to her teaching methods.
