Make 2018 YOUR year! Start the New Year off right by joining us for a 4 week Healthy Living Workshop. We will get together once a week for accountability and support. You will also have access to a Facebook support group. We will discuss intention/goal setting, clean eating, mindfulness and practical health tips to set the tone for the New Year and guide you to become the most healthy version of yourself!!
Two 4 week sessions to choose from :
